Terms & Conditions

These general terms and conditions of storage are applicable to agreements:

Your deposit must be paid in full before you can store your goods in one of our units.
Rent is payable monthly and in advance.
Penalties are payable should you rent not be paid on time.
We require proof of identity by way of a valid SA ID document.
Contracts are offered on a month-to-month basis.
We require a notice period of 20 days (before month end) should you wish to cancel your account.
Annual increases take effect on 1 March every year.
You are entitled to a 5% discount when you pay for 6 months upfront.
We do not accept debit orders. Payment must be made via EFT or Credit Card during office hours (Monday – Friday, 08h00 – 17h00).
We reserve the right to deny access to the unit should your account be in arrears.

Goods that are hazardous, illegal, stolen, flammable, explosive, environmentally harmful, perishable or pose a risk to the property or people.
Goods that are irreplaceable such as: currency, jewellery, furs, deeds, paintings, curios, works of art or items of sentimental value.
