Terms & Conditions
These general terms and conditions of storage are applicable to agreements:
- Your deposit must be paid in full before you can store your goods in one of our units.
- Rent is payable monthly and in advance.
- Penalties are payable should you rent not be paid on time.
- We require proof of identity by way of a valid SA ID document.
- Contracts are offered on a month-to-month basis.
- We require a notice period of 20 days (before month end) should you wish to cancel your account.
- Annual increases take effect on 1 March every year.
- You are entitled to a 5% discount when you pay for 6 months upfront.
- We do not accept debit orders. Payment must be made via EFT or Credit Card during office hours (Monday – Friday, 08h00 – 17h00).
- We reserve the right to deny access to the unit should your account be in arrears.
You are not allowed to store the following:
- Goods that are hazardous, illegal, stolen, flammable, explosive, environmentally harmful, perishable or pose a risk to the property or people.
- Goods that are irreplaceable such as: currency, jewellery, furs, deeds, paintings, curios, works of art or items of sentimental value.
