Terms & Conditions

These general terms and conditions of storage are applicable to agreements:


  • Your deposit must be paid in full before you can store your goods in one of our units.
  • Rent is payable monthly and in advance.
  • Penalties are payable should you rent not be paid on time.
  • We require proof of identity by way of a valid SA ID document.
  • Contracts are offered on a month-to-month basis.
  • We require a notice period of 20 days (before month end) should you wish to cancel your account.
  • Annual increases take effect on 1 March every year.
  • You are entitled to a 5% discount when you pay for 6 months upfront.
  • We do not accept debit orders. Payment must be made via EFT or Credit Card during office hours (Monday – Friday, 08h00 – 17h00).
  • We reserve the right to deny access to the unit should your account be in arrears.


You are not allowed to store the following:


  • Goods that are hazardous, illegal, stolen, flammable, explosive, environmentally harmful, perishable or pose a risk to the property or people.
  • Goods that are irreplaceable such as: currency, jewellery, furs, deeds, paintings, curios, works of art or items of sentimental value.
